To get the most out of your assessment, it’s helpful to bring any relevant medical records or previous evaluations. Yes, you are welcome to bring a family member or friend for support during your clinical interview. They can provide valuable input, especially during child or adolescent assessments. However, please be aware that your clinician may ask to speak with you alone for at least part of the session to ensure the most accurate results. Testing sessions are generally conducted one-on-one for the same reason.
We require a payment card on file prior to the clinical interview, and you are responsible for full payment at the time of the clinical interview. We will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

- Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice.
- Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of $250 for clinical interviews and $500 for testing appointments. This reflects a portion of the time reserved for your appointment.
